Seat #3: Elderby Ben Raue |
Elder is a marginal Labor seat in southwestern Adelaide, covering the suburbs of Ascot Park, Marion, Melrose Park, Morphettville, Park Holme and Warradale.
The ALP’s Patrick Conlon has held the seat since 1997. He is retiring in 2014.
The recent redistribution cut the ALP’s margin from 3.6% to 1.7%.
