Neville —

The Canning by-election gives us a chance to send Tony Abbott a very, very clear message: we aren’t happy with his Government cutting $30 billion from schools and we won’t stand by and watch it happen.

The by-election will be held on 19 SeptemberCanning is normally a very safe Liberal seat, but two recent polls have it neck and neck – it’s right down to the wire.

If we achieve a big swing against Tony Abbott his leadership will be questioned by his colleagues. Liberal and National MPs will be very nervous about just how badly the Abbott Government is travelling.

It’s going to be a difficult fight so we need to give it our all – not just for people in Canning, but for everyone in Australia who has been so badly impacted by Abbott & the Liberals’ agenda. Can you chip in to help tip the balance against Tony Abbott and the Liberals?

We’ve got a great local WA candidate in Matt Keogh, who has campaigned hard against Abbott’s cuts to schools and education.

This by-election is potentially a real game changer. Please chip in to help us make sure he can’t turn his prospects around.

Thank you for your support,
